To open an account on mel bat, you must be a Bangladeshi citizen or legal resident and be at least 18 years of age. Accounts created using false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated at any time, and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited; if detected, all associated accounts will be closed. It is your sole responsibility to keep your username and password confidential — any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. Sharing your password or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
Upon receiving a KYC (identity verification) request, you must submit the required documents within the specified timeframe. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete.
You must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws while using the mel bat platform. Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour directed at other users is strictly prohibited. Users must bet using their own funds — the use of borrowed money or funds belonging to another person is not permitted.

All financial transactions on mel bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support popular local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100, and the minimum withdrawal amount is determined in accordance with the applicable policy.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours; however, delays may occur due to identity verification or security reviews. Where third-party games or services are used, the terms and conditions of the respective provider will apply.
Mel bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, suspicion of money laundering, or interference with the normal operation of the platform. Any decision regarding the return of a legitimate balance in a closed account will be made following an investigation.
Users may also request to close their account at any time. Before submitting a closure request, please ensure all pending bets have been settled and any available balance has been withdrawn.
